Where can I find course descriptions? |
| |
Click on the Home link at the top of this page. Click on "Order/View Courses" located at the top of the Home page. Select your state. Click on the course title to see a brief description of the course, the table of contents, the number of pages in the book, and the number of questions on the test.

Why do I have to take an exam? |
| |
Because an agent taking correspondence continuing education courses does not have specific classroom time required on those hours, the agent must pass a multiple-choice exam. This exam allows the state to see that an agent has completed the training and is proficient in the course material.

How will Noble help me renew my license? |
| |
Noble is an approved continuing education provider offering a large selection of quality, professional continuing education courses with the most recent information in the insurance field.
Agents may choose to take Noble courses either online or have printed books and tests sent to their home or office. Once an agent completes the course and passes the exam, the agent receives a certificate of completion, and the appropriate state agency is notified where required.

Are your courses considered "interactive"? |

Yes. Several states are now requiring self-study courses to be interactive, where the student may receive continuous feedback throughout the learning process.

How does online continuing education work? |
| |
Once you have purchased your course(s), you are able to access your online material. Once you are done studying a course, you can take the exam. Once the exam is passed, you can print your Certificate of Completion where allowed. Retakes are free.
NOTE: Completion dates and times are based on Central Standard Time.

How many times can I take my exam? |
| |
You are given unlimited opportunities to take and pass the exam. Once the exam is passed, you may print your Certificate(s) of Completion in states where allowed. The following Departments of Insurance do not allow you to print the certificate(s): AZ, KY, NM, TX, & UT (you must have the originals). For these states, the certificates are mailed to you.
If, for some reason, you do not successfully complete 70 percent of the final examination, Noble will refund your money (less shipping and handling for correspondence courses). Simply call 1-800-275-2589 between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Central Time Monday through Thursday or between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Central Time Friday to request your refund.

Once I start taking the test online, is it timed? |

No. You have as much time as you need to complete the exam.

How many credit hours will I receive for each course? |
| |
The number of credit hours an agent will receive with each course is listed next to the course title on the Course Catalog screen.

Can I print additional copies of my certificate for a course? |

Yes. You can print it as many times as you want.
