The compliance date is the last day of the producer's birth month every 2 years.
Agents born in even years renew in even years. Agents born in odd years renew in odd years. |
What are the state filing fees?
The state has imposed a mandatory filing fee of $2.00
per CE credit hour.

What are the allowed methods of completing CE?
Self-Study, Online, Classroom

What are the study requirements for my courses?
Agents should read the course material prior to taking the final exam.

Do the exams require monitoring?
No, Noble's exams are open book and do not require monitoring. Students may refer to course materials to complete the exam.

Can excess hours be carried over to the next renewal?
Carryover of excess hours is not allowed in New Mexico.

Can I repeat a course I've already taken?
Courses may not be taken for credit more than once in each renewal.

What are the non-resident requirements?
Non-residents are exempt from New Mexico CE requirements provided they are in compliance with their home state requirement. Nonresidents must file proof of home state compliance along with a CE filing fee by the CE compliance due date.

When will my course completions be reported?
Completions reported daily Monday through Friday excluding holidays.

How long do I have to complete my courses?
Access to your courses will expire 12 months from the date of purchase.
